QUESTIONS ABOUT AN ONLINE STORE ORDER:
Our online store and order fulfillment is handled by our friends at Merch Now. If you have a question about an order you placed or need to contact them for any reason you can email them at support@merchnow.com or call them at 1-888-387-3343. DISTRIBUTING FACEDOWN RECORDS:
If you would like to distribute Facedown Records releases, email Virginia and she will get you started off on the right track. We work with a few different distributors throughout the world so please include as much info as you can in your initial order like what country you are in, if you do a store, mailorder, or Christian book store. This will help us serve you better and get you plugged into the right place to get our titles as effectivly as possible.
BOOKING FACEDOWN BANDS:
We do not handle booking for our bands. If you are interested in booking Facedown bands, then go to the "Family" section and select the band that you are interested in booking. Then underneath the bands picture you will see a "Booking Contact" for each band.
DEMO SUBMISSIONS:
If you are in a band and want us to hear it, please send us a myspace message so we can listen to your band on your myspace page. Visit our page at: http://www.myspace.com/facedownrecords. If you would like, you can send in a nice packet to us at the address above. Please make sure to include: 1.) 2-3 of your best songs on a CD, 2.) Lyrics for all songs sent to us, 3.) a bio about the band, 4.) a photo of the band, and 5.) anything else you would like to send us (candy, money, lotto tickets, food stamps, etc!!!)
Nothing that you send to us can be returned to you. Please do not call or email us asking if we have received your demo. We will listen to every demo we get and myspace link you send us. We will contact you if we are interested in working with you. Thanks!.
ADVERTISING / PROMOS FOR YOUR ZINE:
If you run a fanzine and would like for us to service you with promo's for review / interviews or advertising, please send us a copy of your most recent issue to the address above. Once we receive your zine, we will review your publication and let you know if we are able to add you into our database to receive our releases for reviews / interviews. When sending your zine, please include an info sheet with facts about your zine like: how many you make, where they are distributed, etc... We try to support zines that support and feature / interview our bands. If you have no interest in interviewing any of our bands, then don't email us asking us for advertising money!
