ALOVE FOR ENEMIES ANNOUNCE FINAL SHOWS
Alove For Enemies has announced today that they will be bringing the band to a rest. After 1 EP, 2 full length albums, countless US tours and a European tour, the band has announced that it is time to move on. ALFE will be playing their 2nd to last show at Facedown Fest East Coast and their final show will be on Long Island shortly after the fest. KINGSTON FALLS SIGNS WITH FACEDOWN RECORDS
We are very happy to announce that Strike First Records Alumni Kingston Falls are now a part of the Facedown Records family. This band has proven themselves over the past couple of years and have pretty much lived on the road since the release of their Strike First debut “The Crescendo Of Sirens”. We are extremely happy to be partnering with these guys to bring the world their new album at a new level. Their Facedown debut will be recorded in December of this year at The Foundation (The Devil Wears Prada, At The Throne Of Judgement) and will see a Spring ’08 release date. Kingston Falls will be appearing at this years’ Facedown Fest East Coast and will continue touring throughout the Fall. NEW ALBUM FROM FINLAND’S IMMORTAL SOULS
We are happy to announce that the brand new album from Immortal Souls titled “Wintereich” will be available in the USA and Canada through Facedown Records on August 21. We released the bands previous album “Ice Upon The Night” in 2005 and as soon as we heard the new one, we had to work with it. Immortal Souls’ own brand of Winter Metal is represented on this album with 11 tracks that have been compared to Soilwork, Dark Tranquility and early Children Of Bodom. Definitely some amazing metal and we are very proud to be working with the band on this! Check out a brand new song called “Frozen Inside” on the bands myspace page.

THANK YOU CORNERSTONE FEST
Thanks to everyone who came out to Cornerstone and checked out our bands or stopped by our table. We had a great time out there and we hope you all did as well. Whether it was A Plea For Purging heading up a parade down the main road, Seventh Star’s beach bonanza, or War Of Ages leading the crowd into battle, the action was non-stop and fun times were had by all! We shot a lot of footage at the fest and we will be launching a two part video podcast very soon, so stay posted for that!

War Of Ages have been picked to support Bleeding Through on their headlining shows this summer. All of the dates are posted now in the tours section so make sure to check that out and mark your calendars! Also in War Of Ages news, you can now hear their new song “The Awakening” in it’s entirety over at AOL Radio on their 'Metalcore' station. This will be the only place to hear the entire song for 7 days. Bloodlined Calligraphy are about to kick off a month with Destroy The Runner, Endwell and Twelve Gauge Valentine. And don’t foreget about our young blood out their on the road: A Plea For Purging and Remove The Veil!

NEW SEVENTH STAR TRACK OFF UPCOMING RECORD!
2007 is the year of Seventh Star and we are very pleased to announce that a brand new song is online from their upcoming album “The Undisputed Truth”. The song is the title track and you can check it out on the bands’ myspace page. “The Undisputed Truth” was recorded at God City Studios (Converge, Ramallah, Cave In, etc…) and will hit stores on June 12. FACEDOWN RECORDS SIGNS A PLEA FOR PURGING
As exciting as the launch of our new site is the addition of a new member to the Facedown Family. Please join us as we welcome Nashville, TN’s A Plea For Purging. These guys have been touring the country non stop for the past year and have just self-released an EP titled “Quick Is The Word, Steady Is The Action”. Check out some songs from that release on their myspace page and add them to your friends. In about a week or so, you’ll be able to order the EP from our online store, so check back for that. A Plea For Purging will be recording this summer for a Fall ’07 release on Facedown. Also make sure to check out the tours section for when these guys are coming through a town near you.

SPRING TOUR UPDATE
Most of our bands will be on tour this Spring on their way to Facedown Fest. You can get all the info in the tours section, but here's a brief look at what's going on: War Of Ages and xDeathstarx will be touring together along with Scars Of Tomorrow and Across Five Aprils, Means will be touring with Kingston Falls and then with Nodes Of Ranvier, Bloodlined Calligraphy will be doing a headlining tour (dates up soon), Seventh Star will be touring with Ramallah and Since The Flood (dates soon), xLooking Forwardx will be doing a headlining tour and Alove For Enemies will be touring with A Day To Remember and Phoenix Mourning.

FLEE THE SEEN BECOMES A 5 PIECE
The members are happy to welcome Lucas Dills into the family as their new bass player. Vocalist and original bass player, Kim Anderson is now free to focus solely on vocals and other front-woman duties. When asked about the line-up change Kim said "I'm very happy to just be singing now and we are all very excited to have Lucas with us." Flee The Seen's first show with their new line-up will be this Friday at the Uptown Theatre in Kansas City, MO.ll.
